How to track my package?
Tracking your package on Tracking – FinalStep Express will give you the most up-to-date information about the status of your shipment. We’ve recently upgraded our online tracking experience, so now you have access to the same level of detail as our customer service agents. You can also click Get Updates while tracking your package to get shipment status alerts sent to you throughout your package’s journey.
Tracking record shows “Out for Delivery.” What time will it be delivered?
Basically, our drivers may deliver packages as late as 9 p.m. During the holiday season, deliveries may extend beyond this timeframe.
If a package marked “out for delivery” cannot be delivered, we will attempt redelivery on the next business day.
How do I get a package out of customs?
Shipments are retained by customs to ensure compliance with export or import regulations. Delays may occur due to missing or incomplete documentation, or when customs authorities require additional information. Until we can provide full details to the relevant authorities (unless you’ve elected to use your own customs broker), we cannot proceed with clearance processing. If your package is held at customs, Finalstep Express will reach out to you to obtain the necessary information.
How do I start a trace?
To initiate the process, begin by filing a claim through our online portal. Based on your specific circumstances, if a shipment trace is determined to be the appropriate course of action, we will promptly open a case on your behalf. You can easily log in to your Finalstepexpress account at any time to check the status of your claim or trace, ensuring full visibility throughout the process.
